• All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition with all tags attached.
  • Merchandise may be returned for a refund to your credit card within 30 days of the order being shipped from our fulfillment center. To ensure timely processing, please include original packing slipwith the item.

  • We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for purchases made in store, please contact the store directly.

We want you to love everything you order from us. If you are not satisfied with your full-priced item(s), you may return it to Campia Moda within 30 days from the ship date for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping.* Sale items are eligible for exchange only, within 30 days of shipping.*Please note that the item(s) must be undamaged and in original condition to be acceptable for refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges will be reviewed by a staff member.

Refunds will be in the original form of payment. Returns and exchanges after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To make a return/exchange simply follow the below instructions:

Step 1: Email AND include the following information with your return package. In the email subject line type:Order # and either return or exchange. If returned because of damage please state "damage". Otherwise please state reason for return.If exchanging, please state the color and size to be replaced.

Step 4: Once received, we will process your return or exchange.Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as with UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). *NOTE: We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders. If you receive damage or incorrect item(s), contact a Customer Service Specialist no later than 5 business days after receipt. On a case by case basis, we will issue a return shipping label for defective or incorrect item(s).
